The victim of a fatal motorcycle vs. car accident has been identified by Garden Grove police.
Authorities say the man killed in the mishap on Tuesday evening on Orangewood Avenue and MacNab Street is David Tanner, 25, of Orange.
The motorcyclist was moving east on Orangewood when it collided with a car making a left turn at MacMab. The man fell from the cycle and lay in the westbound lanes of roadway, where he was hit by a second car. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation into the accident remains open. Any witnesses are asked to call Investigator Jason Perkins at (714) 741-5823.
