A jury trial is scheduled to begin Thursday for James Ray Guerrero of Westminster, accused of sexually molesting two young boys.
According to the Orange County District Attorney’s office, Guerrero hosted Bible study meeting in his home, but showed the pre-teen boys pornographic films.
He is accused of sexually assaulting one boy on several occasions when the victim was aged 11 to 13. He is also accused of molesting a second boy while he was 11 and 12 years old, including attempted sodomy.
The DA’s office alleges that the suspect told both victims to tell no one about the assaults.
The trial will be in Orange County Superior Court in Santa Ana.
