Food issue to be served to GGUSD board

Food will be what the Garden Grove school board will be chewing on Tuesday night, but only figuratively.

At the meeting of the Garden Grove Unified School District Board of Education at 7 p.m., the agenda will be topped by a presentation by Agnes Lalley, director of food services. She will provide an overview of food services programs in the GGUSD as well as changes in school meal patterns.

Also on the agenda will be a memorandum of understanding with the Santa Ana Unified School District and contracts and individual services agreements for the use of non-public schools and agencies for handicapped students.

The board meets on the fifth floor of the Education Center, 10331 Stanford Ave., Garden Grove.
