Outgoing Mayor Margie Rice will be honored at Wednesday’s meeting of the Westminster City Council.
Rice, who is retiring from public service, will be the subject of several special presentations at the meeting, which will be her last full meeting as mayor.
Also on the agenda will be a budget transfer of $105,747 to pay for handling abandoned vehicles and an amendment to a housing development agreement in the amount of $168,000.
The new mayor, Tri Ta, and two council members will be sworn in at the next regular meeting on Dec. 14.
